Central Pacific Beach Tour - Add on Package

The Central Pacific beachs and jungle area, is a region that comprises a narrow coastal plain hemmed hard up to the ocean by steep forest-clad mountains. Located about 110 km West of San José, this is traditionally the main destination of the people from Costa Rica's Capital San José to enjoy a few vacation days. A new highway connects the Central Pacific to San Jose, reducing the driving time to the city to only 1 hour. The shore is fringed by long, gray-sand beaches, being Jacó, the most developed resort in the country, due to its popularity with the party-hearty crowd, more than with its beach. Surfing beaches extend all the way south to Dominical and, beyond, where the climate becomes increasingly humid, noticeable in the lush tropical forests of Manuel Antonio National Park. South of Jaco, you can find lots of deserted beaches, wildlife and small coastal towns. The average temperatures on the beach are about 22ºC (72ºF) minimum and 32ºC (90ºF) maximum.

 

 

DAY ONE

Our drive towards the Central Pacific Coast will take us from Atenas towards Jaco Beach and down to Manuel Antonio National Park. Visit to the best beach projects: Nativa, Faro Escondido and Marriot Los Sueños as well as less developed raw land and smaller developments and condos. Beaches visited include Jaco Beach, Hermosa, Esterillos and Manuel Antonio.  Lunch at an excellent beach front restaurant at Jaco Beach. Lodging at Manuel Antonio at El Parador Resort, with the most spectacular view of the park.    

 

 

 

 

DAY TWO

8:00am start with our touring the South Pacific region,  notable for its unspoiled exuberance of rain forest greenery which lasts year ‘round, and reaches right to the edge of the sea.  There are endless untouched beaches and mountains along the country’s 1800 km. coastline. Recent and exciting infrastructural changes include a new highway from Dominical down to the Panamanian border, along with a new International Airport under construction, give it an attractive accessibility not previously realized.  It is here you will likely find some of the most affordable real estate in the country, much of it with beautiful ocean views, and can anticipate excellent appreciation. Lodging at Cristal Ballena Resort, Bahia Ballena.

 

 

DAY THREE

8:00am check out and a slow paced return to the city. You could also choose to extend your vacation and we can drop you off at any place of your choice along the way. Drop off at your hotel or a late flight at the airport. A complete set of information will be handed to you at the end of your trip with all the sites visited.
